Consistent quality doesn't happen by accident. It's the result of a deliberate system — inspections, checklists, accountability, and a culture that takes pride in the work.
Every cleaning company promises quality. Most don't have a system to deliver it consistently. Quality without a system is just intention — and intention doesn't clean your building.
At Freedom, quality assurance isn't a marketing phrase. It's a documented program with specific components, each designed to catch problems before they become patterns and to hold our team accountable at every level.
The 6 Pillars of Our QA Program
Facility-Specific Cleaning Checklists
Every facility we service has a written, digital cleaning checklist that documents exactly what needs to be cleaned, how, and how often. Nothing is left to memory, assumption, or the discretion of whoever happens to be working that night.
Unannounced Supervisor Inspections
Our supervisors conduct regular unannounced inspections of our cleaning teams — not scheduled walkthroughs that teams can prepare for. We inspect the actual work, not the performance of being inspected.
Issue Tracking & Documentation
Every issue identified during an inspection is documented — what was found, where, when, and by whom. This creates an accountability trail and allows us to identify patterns before they become systemic problems.
Corrective Action Protocol
When an issue is identified, we have a clear corrective action process: acknowledge the issue, correct it within 24 hours, document the correction, and follow up to confirm it was resolved. No excuses, no delays.
Client Feedback Integration
We actively solicit feedback from our clients — not just when something goes wrong. Quarterly check-in calls, post-inspection reports shared with clients, and an open-door policy for concerns at any time.
Continuous Improvement Reviews
Quarterly, we review inspection data, client feedback, and team performance across all our accounts. We identify trends, update protocols, and share learnings across our teams. Quality improves over time — it doesn't just stay the same.
Our quality assurance program exists because we believe you shouldn't have to inspect our work. That's our job.
What Accountability Looks Like in Practice
1
You receive a written cleaning program before we start. Not a vague scope of work. A documented list of every task, every area, every frequency.
2
Your team is trained on your specific program before their first visit. Not general cleaning training. Your building, your requirements, your standards.
3
A supervisor inspects your facility on a regular, unannounced basis. We check the work. You don't have to.
4
Any issue is corrected within 24 hours and documented. You'll know what was found and what was done about it.
5
You receive a quarterly account review. We sit down, review performance, and make adjustments. Your program improves over time.
