Our base prices cover homes up to 2,300 sq ft — the average US home size. No surcharge below that. Larger homes have a small per-visit surcharge added on top.

Payment Policy
  • You are not charged until the service is fully completed. No upfront payment required.
  • A credit card on file is required after your first service is completed. This card will be used for future billing only after each completed visit.
  • Your card information is stored securely and never charged without your knowledge.
Terms & Conditions
Rescheduling Policy

Customers may reschedule their appointment at no charge if notice is provided at least 4 hours before the scheduled service time. Rescheduling requests made less than 4 hours in advance may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

One-Time Service — Cancellation Policy
  • • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service: No charge.
  • • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: A 30% cancellation fee of the total service cost will be charged to the card on file.
Recurring & Daily Service — Cancellation Policy

Customers on a recurring service plan (Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly) must provide a minimum of 1 month's written notice to cancel their recurring service agreement. This applies to all commercial and residential recurring contracts. Cancellations without proper notice may result in a final billing cycle charge.
